Today, at the Casal Cívic on Carrer Miracle de Balaguer and organized by the Cultural association Grup d’Art4 de Balaguer and with the collaboration of the Paeria de Balaguer and Joventuts Musicals de Catalunya, with the title “Guitar between two worlds” great guitar concert by Sevillian guitarist Gonzalo Peñalosa.
